Sx4 Central Locking Wiring

Issue with central locking in sx4. When a lock unlock signal is input from the driver s door key lock switch or the door lock manual switch the bcm operates the front and rear door lock motors at the same time to lock or unlock the doors. Central locking is not working in my suzuki swift what can the problem be and it not the fob or key.
